John is an 49 year old elite masters drug free (natural) raw powerlifter that has competing in assisted (supportive equipment) and raw (no wraps, supportive suits of any kind, just a wrestling singlet, lifting shoes and a weight belt) for over 15 years.  John holds national and world records in raw powerlifting in the AAU, 100% RAW Powerlifting, and the ADAU.   John Polak knows what powerlifters and other heavy weight strength trainers need and do not need.

John Polak is a highly experienced structural engineer with over 20 years experience.  All this experience is hands on, thus an impressive knowledge base in frame design, strength analysis, fatigue analysis, and welded connection analysis.

John Polak is also an experienced welder, fabricator, and machinist, working in these fields for over 20 years.

Polak Made competition platform and warmup area equipment have been used in many powerlifting meets including 100% RAW, ADAU, USPF, AND RAW United, including national and world caliber competitions.
