*   Add $400 for the platform shown,  Platform is 6 ft x 8 ft, made from 2 layers of 3/4 inch plywood ( 1 1/2 inch total thickness) glued together with 3/4 inch rubber mats on top.

Exercises (just a sample, many more can be done)

Weight Lifting Station:  Squats, bench press (Olympic bar and dumbbells), deadlifts (recommend laying down 3/4 inch plywood sheets under the station or buying the platform above), partial deadlifts (you build a sturdy wood platform 7 inches high), incline bench presses, military presses, shrugs, all types of dumbell exercises on the adjustable bench plus free standing exercises, leg curls and extensions (holding dumbbells between the feet on the flat bench),

Pulley Machine:  Sit down low rows, pulldowns, triceps work, biceps curls, stiff leg deadlift, abdominal work, lateral shoulder work, shoulder shrugs, leg curls (with a belt or strap on the low pulley, you stand on a elevated platform like a concrete block or wood platform)

As you can see, you will get a full body hardcore workout with as much weight you can handle, and nothing will break.

YOU GET 600 POUNDS OF OLYMPIC WEIGHTS, 200 POUNDS DUMBBELL WEIGHT, EQUIPMENT THAT WILL EASILY HANDLE 1000 POUNDS (WTS-1, 500 pounds on PLLY-1), IS SAFE, AND WILL LAST FOREVER.   In addition, you will get much better resale value, those flimsy home gyms go to just about worthless when taken out of the store.
